Little Creek Mini Update
What an incredible season this has been at Little Creek! With Labor Day coming up, we wanted to take a moment to thank our boaters for another great summer on the water and look forward to some great boating weather this fall.
If you haven’t been by the marina lately, you’re missing out on some incredible progress being made on our new wet slips! Our team has already assembled the fuel dock, as well as the main walkway for A-dock. Water and electric are being installed on A-dock this week, and C-dock is expected to begin construction as early as next week! A-dock will have our biggest slips, ranging in length from 40 to 65 feet, while C-dock will have our smaller 25-to-30-foot length slips. If you haven’t seen these beautiful Ipe-decked docks, you’re in for a treat…as they are absolutely gorgeous. How do you get your hands on one of these beauties? Glad you asked! The staff is currently pre-leasing all wet slip sizes and would be happy to lock in your reservation today! Simply call the marina and they’ll be happy to discuss availability for your boat size and where you’d like to be placed on the dock. With direct access to the Chesapeake Bay, Atlantic Ocean, ICW and James River, these slips aren’t just the best looking in the area, but they’re in the best location, too! Don’t drag your feet on this one, these will fill up FAST!
For our dry slip boaters who plan on enjoying some great weekend weather, please let our office know if you plan to return after hours or want to stay out overnight. Due to the ongoing wet slip construction, we have a very limited number of available slips to dock in. Please do not dock in a slip without prior permission, as you may be docking in someone’s home slip! We will do everything we can to accommodate you and your needs this busy weekend. As a reminder, if you are returning after hours, it is still the boater’s responsibility to bring your vessel back to the bulkhead for put away during normal operating hours.
